A gentle Yoga course, to help stretch the body, improve the breathing and still the mind. It will aid stress relief and relaxation.

Course Content

Your course will include

• Meditation
• Relaxation
• Breath Awareness
• Yoga Nidra
• Yoga Postures and Sequences.

Entry Requirements

It is suitable for beginners and improvers and those who wish to engage in a more reflective practice. This particular course is not suitable for those who are pregnant.

First Class Requirements

Please wear comfortable clothes and a pair of socks which are easy to move in and bring a light blanket/towel or yoga mat.

Attendance Requirements

Regular attendance is recommended.
