The sale of the Clifden site completed in September 2012. RACC will remain on this site, renting back the main Edwardian building from the Council, until September 2014 when all courses will transfer to the new Parkshot campus.

In July 2011, RACC announced the decision to transfer the ownership of the Clifden site to Richmond Borough Council. The funds from the sale of the Clifden site will be re-invested in the development of the Parkshot site.
