Head of Funding and Curriculum Performance

Hours: 36 per week

Contract Type: Permanent

 

We are looking for an Head of Funding and Curriculum Performance to lead on the development and use of data throughout the college, advise the college on how to maximise its funding opportunities and ensure managers are updated on funding changes which impact curriculum planning. You will be responsible for the Management Information Systems (MIS) Team the Examinations Team and be responsible for providing detailed and accurate reports to the college.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree level (Or have relevant experience), a detailed understanding of further education college management information systems, up to date knowledge of the external funding mechanisms and the requirements of the EFA/SFA methodologies as well as experience of directing and managing a college information services and be able to liaise with senior stakeholders including governors and funding bodies.

GCSE and Functional Skills Tutors (Part-time)

Hours: Variable

Contract Type: Fixed Term


We are looking for experienced GCSE Tutors to teach a 14-19 cohort on Foundation Tier Courses. These will run from September 2014 to June 2015 primarily during the day time, term time only, at our centre in Parkshot, Richmond.

We are also looking for Maths, Science and English Tutors to deliver functional skills courses from E3 to L2. These courses will also run from our Parkshot campus in Richmond primarily during the day time (term time only).

For both roles you will be required to prepare learners for examinations and liaise with other tutors and the 14-19 coordinator to help support a co-ordinated programme for the learners.


You should have a full teaching qualification, plus experience of delivering GCSE foundation Tier syllabuses to 14-19 learners. It would be advantageous if you have previously delivered your specialist subject over one academic year.

Police Pre-entry Tutor (Part-time)

We are currently looking for another Police Tutor to join our team to deliver the Level 3 Certificate in Knowledge of Policing course at RACC.


The successful candidate should have a level 4 teaching qualification (or equivalent) and recent experience of teaching or supervising initial police training (e.g. CKP, IPLDP, Specials or PCSOs). Preference will be given to currently serving police officers.

The successful candidate should have formal teaching qualification (or be working towards one). Industry experience would be advantageous.
