This course will help firm and tone your upper and lower body. You will develop endurance, mobility and strength plus gain co-ordination and balance with improve flexibility.
Your fitness level will be tested at the start of the course.
Your course will include: * Lively warm-up to mobilise major muscle groups * Upper body conditioning exercises using wieghts, bands and bars * Lying or standing exercises, concentrating on legs, buttocks and abdominals * Thorough cool-down to prevent muscle soreness * Relaxation and strenthening out * Course will be adapted to the needs of students
