This course will introduce you to the basic elements of creative writing
Level 2 literacy (GCSE A*-C or equivalent)or above recommended for this course.
This short course will cover the basic information you will need to consider in your own writing and motivate your creativity. Learn about characterisation, story structure, plotting, dialogue, choosing the correct viewpoint and lots more. You will be able to find out what sort of writing suits you and develop your own work in an encouraging and friendly atmosphere.
Your progress and understanding will be assessed informally during discussion, group work and pair work as well as by question and answer sessions.
